These revolutionary devices allow agents to write and submit offers from any place at any time, access files from all previous transactions in a matter of seconds, and dialogue with clients in a way that is adaptable to their preferred style of communication. At this point, I can't even imagine being a Realtor and not using an iPad. The benefits to both the client and the agent are simply remarkable.
Zillow is a useful tool that certainly needs to be utilized during the home search process and updated/verified when listing your house. While, the information can be inaccurate and the Zestimate is often misinformed, the site itself is a behemoth that cannot be ignored. Used in conjunction with NTREIS Go, for information and status verification, I would say that it is the most comprehensive source of home information available to the public.
Having the ability to sign documents electronically helps make the process of a real estate transaction both simple and smooth. Docusign is the easiest and most trusted method of acquiring digital signatures. Once I have the documents prepared, you are able to sign a real estate contract on your smartphone in less than a minute. Docusign allows my clients to review and sign documents from anywhere, at any time, and on any device.
The MLS provider for North Texas is NTREIS and just recently they upgraded to a system called Matrix, which allows the full power of the MLS to be accessed from any Apple device. This will help me provide you with better info, faster. NTREIS also has a great iPhone and iPad app, called NTREIS Go. This app can nearly replace Zillow from the client's perspective, or it can simply serve as a method to verify the status or MLS information of a property found on Zillow.
Dropbox is used as our central point of access to transaction documents. The visual interface is clean, easy to use on mobile devices, and already familiar to many of my clients. I will create a link to a file dedicated to our specific real estate transaction. My clients can use this link to access all documents from any device that utilizes a web browser. This allows for needed documents to be quickly transferred and for deals to get closed more efficiently.
Evernote is more than simply cloud-based digital storage, in reality, it serves almost as a second brain to me. I upload everything into Evernote, so that my clients are never missing anything. The program OCRs every document, even handwritten items, so a simple keyword search will instantly pull up all instances of related documentation. While client access to documents is through Dropbox, the backbone of my transaction management is Evernote.
My goal is to create a transaction that is 100% paperless. To do this I utilize the ScanSnap iX500 in addition to the iPad and iPhone. Aside from the environmental benefits, I choose to pursue a fully paperless transaction because digitizing documents, signing electronically, and sharing information wirelessly creates an environment that enables my clients to access documents faster and navigate through the real estate transaction in a uniquely fluid manner.

You will have access to the latest local market information, be provided with detailed CMA reports relating to the property's value, and receive a timeline of events explaining what should be expected as we come to closing.
Possibly the most important element in listing a home is ensuring that spectacular photographs are taken of the property. As your agent, I will personally purchase the services of one of the best photography companies in DFW.
Whether buying or selling, there is always a need to hire great service providers. In addition to personal references, I will also purchase a year of Angie's List for my clients, so that we are ensured to find the best person for the job.
Consider the amount of time a Realtor will actually be devoting to you as a client. Some agents have a policy of quickly shuffling clients off to their "team," and then they disappear. Not me, I'll be with you every step of the way.
I will also attend all closing events, including inspections, the signing of closing papers, etc. When you work with me you will have a a true advocate, guiding and advising you through every step of the real estate transaction.
